Customs declaration

Deliveries outside Germany may be subject to customs duties and import sales tax, which must be paid by the customer to the customs authorities upon receipt of the consignment. 
These duties then accrue in addition to the purchase price and the shipping costs and are not to be influenced by the seller and are not included in the purchase price. 
In the case of a refund / cancellation of the purchase, they contact their main customs office for the refund of customs duties.

Delivery information

For environmental and recycling reasons, my designs are shipped in pre-used packaging and with pre-used packaging materials.

In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period shall commence on the day following the issue of the payment order to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract, and shall end on expiry of the last day of the period.
If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If the transport company returns the shipped goods to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment.
This does not apply if the customer is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery.
Furthermore, this does not apply with regard to the costs for the shipment if the customer exercises his right of revocation effectively.
For the costs of returning the goods, the provision in the seller's revocation instructions shall apply if the customer exercises his right of revocation effectively.

In the case of repairs, the customer shall bear the shipping costs for sending the goods to the seller. The costs of returning the goods to the customer shall be borne by the seller.
A dispatch from the salesman to the buyer takes place only as package.
For the repair article sent back by the buyer to the salesman, which is not dispatched by the buyer from own decision as a package, the salesman does not take over adhesion.

In the case of order work, the customer shall bear the shipping costs for outward and return shipment of materials and finished workpieces.

Return in case of revocation:
Please ensure that the item is adequately packaged. I recommend a shipping method with shipment tracking. The return costs go according to revocation instruction to your loads.
A refund of the purchase price (incl. costs for sending the goods) will only be made after receipt and inspection of the goods by the seller.
